Anímate a visitarlo.
Getting To Know Each Other aims to encourage pupils in each country to examine their school community, the local area, their country and Europe. By comparing these ideas with the partners, pupils will be able to develop creativity and a foreign language, as well as to reach positive conclusions about their own lives, as well as those in other cultures. Students will improve their language skills by working on a different activity, in which they will be able to know different cultures and which will let them develop their knowledge about Europe. After the activity finishes, they could start new activities with the information they'll get from the other countries. Besides, the schools involved could start new projects together. Making The World a Better Place For Future Life is an etweening project in which students try to develop their language skills by examining life and the environment in 2010, how can we improve futre lifestyles - identifying problems and how these affect humans/animals. They look at at eco friendly houses and environments and design future inventions which might solve the present problems. This way we try to make children aware of the underlying threats to their world and future lives and to consider ways which they can act on to improve this through examining present environmental issues re global warming. Children will then be able to consider ways to alter this - details shared via photos/powerpoints etc. Children identify major issues to their future lives designing eco friendly houses and environments design future inventions using renewable energies comparisons made between the 2 countries.
